With almost three decades of experience as a chartered accountant in Christchurch, Auckland, London, New York and Malaysia, I have advised on the tax structuring, due diligence of acquisitions and initial public offerings for a number of transactions including the acquisition of Seequent for US$1.05b, making it one of the largest deals in New Zealand’s history.
I also advise New Zealand clients with offshore shareholders and provide tax structuring advice for investments both into and out of New Zealand.
