As of today, we are still trying to recover information and assets from a third-party overseas exchange. Overall, our progress has been hindered by no contact with the CEO/Main Director since the 3rd day of the Liquidation. We continue to work with the relevant NZ authorities regarding the conduct of the Company.
These challenges and the apparent difficulties the Company had in maintaining accurate user records and data, we are not currently able to provide a timetable for payment to users or creditors. We are working to resolve these issues and design an efficient cost-effective claims process to allow users to claim the Cryptocurrency and New Zealand Dollars they traded on the exchange. However, as reported in our first Liquidators' report, the recorded assets held by the Company are less than 10% of the reported user and creditor balances. We continue to investigate other recovery opportunities, but at this stage it is not possible to estimate the amount of funds that will be available to users and creditors. We hope to provide a more detailed update in the coming weeks.
