Analisa has over 20 years' risk advisory and assurance experience in both New Zealand and overseas. She has strong technical skills in areas of risk management, finance, strategy, insurance, resilience planning and response, fraud, and health and safety.

She also has governance experience and is currently an independent director on boards, and audit and risk committees.

Her wide sector experience includes the oil and gas, utilities, mining and primary, manufacturing, government, and Iwi. She is a strategic thinker, able to set strategy and priorities to successfully solve complex problems.
