Grant Thornton Advisors adds Puerto Rico to multinational platform
CHICAGO and SAN JUAN, December 19, 2025 – Grant Thornton Advisors LLC (Grant Thornton Advisors) has closed a transaction adding Kevane Grant Thornton in Puerto Rico to the multinational platform it created earlier this year.
The deal, which was originally announced last month, is the third in the Americas for the multinational platform, alongside Grant Thornton Brazil and Grant Thornton Cayman.
The Grant Thornton Advisors platform also includes firms in Ireland, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Channel Islands, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, New Zealand and the United Arab Emirates ― with plans underway to add Grant Thornton Poland.
Kevane Grant Thornton is a 50-year-old firm with more than 200 team members, making it a leading professional services firm in the Puerto Rico market. It is well aligned with the platform’s clients and focus areas in the US, the Caribbean and Latin America, in addition to dovetailing with the platform’s capabilities in business-process-optimization.
