Our people thrive in a vibrant, supportive and inclusive environment. And that includes providing benefits to support you as you work to achieve your personal and professional ambitions. Here’s what we offer* …

Flexble working

Our hybrid working model

We recognise flexibility is an important need for many of our people, so we’ve created a formula to give you just enough time in the office to collaborate and build relationships, as well as some time and space at home. Our 3:2:1 hybrid working model comprises three days in the office and two working from home; one of your three days in the office is a designated team day to ensure you stay truly connected with your team mates. Flexible working arrangements are also supported by the latest technology including your own laptop, smart phone and secondary screens.

9-day fortnight

We’re also trialling a nine-day fortnight which balances time to rest and recharge with meeting the needs of our clients. All our team members have the ability to take one half day each week to pursue hobbies, catch up on personal admin, or to simply decompress and recharge – without a reduction in pay.

Dress for your day

Our dress code gives you the freedom to wear smart casual clothing for days when you’re not meeting with clients, and to don more formal business attire for appointments with clients and other external stakeholders. This policy also gives you the flexibility to wear what you feel is appropriate for every meeting.

The social scene

Social club

We work hard and play hard too – and we pick up the tab! Our social club is dedicated to providing fun events and entertainment throughout the year, all of which are fully funded by the firm. All team members are welcome to along to our social events and activities, mid-year functions and Friday night get togethers.

Social sports

Enjoy complimentary access to team-based social sports including touch rugby and indoor netball – a great way to keep fit and have fun with your team mates.

Your wellbeing

Get active with our special allowance

We all know the importance keeping active to improve physical and mental wellbeing, which is why we provide all permanent team members with an opt-in get active allowance, paid on a monthly basis up to $1,040 per year. So, whether you’re a regular at the gym or just want an incentive to start your fitness journey, your Get Active allowance is ready and waiting.

Need some one on one support?

Sometimes we just need someone to talk to. We provide free, confidential access to the Employment Assistance Programme’s (EAP) counselling services.

Take time off

Put your whānau first with an industry leading parental leave package

When you’ve welcomed the newest member of your whānau to the world, we will top up the Government’s 26 week primary carer payment to 100% of your base salary, and pay employer KiwiSaver contributions beyond 26 weeks. This means you can focus on your family, not the finances.

We also provide 2 weeks paid partners leave where a team member who is the partner/spouse of a primary carer is eligible for two weeks of paid leave.

Pay it forward

We’re always looking for ways to make a difference in our communities whether it be through charity quiz and movie nights, mentorships or scholarship opportunities. That’s why you get one day off per year to volunteer with an organisation that’s close to your heart.

Squeeze in some extra annual leave*

Need more holiday allowance to take that special trip? Not a problem. We offer up to two weeks extra leave per year, so you can take a little more time to do the things you like with the people you love. All team members have the option of purchasing additional leave.

Public holiday swap

It’s important to us that team members are able to celebrate cultural practices, values and beliefs that are important to them. Therefore, our people can swap up to two public holidays each year for another day that is significant to them.
