Ray joined Grant Thornton in 2012 after spending nearly a decade in London working in the corporate finance, restructuring and insolvency market. He specialises in advising companies and lenders on a wide variety of financial advisory, restructuring and insolvency assignments across a range of industries.
Ray’s work includes undertaking financial and strategic business reviews on behalf of stakeholders to diagnose business issues, and assess and develop restructuring, turnaround and exit solutions. He also helps businesses and lenders improve working capital management, develop financial forecasts and models and build business cases.
Ray has helped a number of business achieve their goals by divesting under-performing business units, undertaking financial due diligence, managing and executing the sale of businesses, and negotiating financial restructuring and refinancing solutions. He also undertakes financial investigations and manages business operations during insolvency and restructuring appointments. Ray also provides forensic litigation support in his area of expertise.
