Eugene initially joined Grant Thornton in 1994, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997 and left in 1999 to take on the challenge of overseas experience in the UK; this included treasury and project accounting for MCI Worldcom, Diageo, Reuters and BP. He has been a Partner at Grant Thornton since 2007.
At Grant Thornton, Eugene focusses on providing business advisory, property mentoring, accounting, and taxation services to a wide range of small and medium sized businesses.
His sector experience includes property investment, property construction and development, creative, IT, hospitality, growth and early stage/start-up ventures.
Whilst acknowledging the importance of accurately measuring historical performance and KPIs, Eugene focuses on planning forward with his clients to achieve key strategic goals including profit enhancement, wealth maximisation, asset protection, and tax efficiency.
