Service update: A message for our clients

At Grant Thornton we care for our people and our clients.

It’s our responsibility to keep our people safe and healthy and in doing so, we can best support you.

We’ve been closely monitoring advice from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the Ministry of Health regarding the appropriate responses to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

Our people are at the forefront of our minds and so are you, so to minimise risk of exposure to both our people and clients, we’ve decided to cancel all Grant Thornton seminars and functions. When it makes sense to do so, we’ll move events from face-to-face to virtual and will utilise our proven, easy-to-use video conferencing technology. That way, we’ll ensure you receive the same valuable insights, but without the risk of exposure.

Face to face interaction during business meetings will continue with mutual agreement, at either your premises or ours. However, we do ask that you let us know if you have returned from overseas travel during the last 14 days, so that we can arrange a video conference or phone call with you.

Our technology also enables our team to service clients in a range of agile ways while maintaining the quality of service we’re proud to provide you. So, while the way we support you may change a little behind the scenes if we are required to work from home, the level and quality of support you receive will remain unchanged.

If you have any questions or concerns about how COVID-19 is impacting your business, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with your Grant Thornton adviser.

Kind regards,
