How are Government agencies progressing with the latest procurement rules? 

Public sector agencies were mandated to leverage new Government procurement rules from 1 October 2019. Now that these organisations have had time to get up to speed and implement the changes, we conducted research to discover the progress made towards delivering public value through procurement including:

  • Construction skills 
  • Employment standards 
  • Sustainability 

Seven designated contracts have initially been targeted.
