Example "rolling results" report

A profit and loss analysis and full year forecast report comprises year to date results and results projected for the end of the financial year (“rolling results”). It helps your Board members see where the organisation is expected to land for its full year financial results.

To get to the expected year end results, this report takes the actual results so far this year, adds the expected budget for the rest of the year, and highlights any other adjustments. This expected result for the year is compared to the budget line by line to help highlight any large differences.

The report will include explanations for any adjustments and columns in the report itself.
