Expert evidence in financial matters

We provide expert evidence and reports in accounting, finance, economic loss, damages and business related matters. Quantification of claims for damages or economic loss

We have considerable experience in quantifying claims for damages and economic loss. We give evidence in a variety of forums including the High Court, arbitration and mediation hearings and the Family Court. Our experience ranges over the relatively small to multi million dollar claims.

Matrimonial/Relationship property settlements

We work closely with lawyers in the analysis and interpretation of matrimonial/relationship property disputes and assist in the formulation of settlements. We give evidence on behalf of litigants if the matter proceeds to Court.
