Greg heads the taxation consulting division in Wellington, chairs the Grant Thornton International Asia Pacific Direct Tax Committee, and represents Grant Thornton New Zealand for tax matters in the Grant Thornton International network. Greg also leads our Transfer Pricing specialty, advising on cross border risks, structuring and strategies He joined the firm as a partner in March 2004 and has 25 years of experience in tax.

Greg has a wide range of experience in domestic and international taxation. His clients cover a broad spectrum of businesses including those in the manufacturing, distribution, utilities, primary sector and film industries, with a number of those businesses being internationally based.

Greg is a regular presenter at seminars for a wide range of organisations, both in New Zealand and overseas, and is regularly reported in the media on tax issues.

Outside interests

Outside work, Greg enjoys time with his family. He is a trustee of the Cloud 9 Children's Foundation which focuses on children with Aspergers Syndrome.
