Paul has a broad range of accounting and business experience, having worked both in the accounting profession and commerce in New Zealand, England and Europe.  Paul has been Chief Financial Officer for several companies in venture capital, import distribution, telecommunications and healthcare.

He provides business advisory and corporate taxation services to privately held businesses and  his key areas of expertise include:

• Setting up businesses in New Zealand, both for local business owners and foreign corporations, including ongoing management of all supporting accounting, taxation and corporate secretarial services for the business.
• Services to the retail and franchise sectors.
• Business succession, bank finance assessment and practical advice.

Outside interests

Paul is a trustee of Men’s Health Trust New Zealand  (www.you.org.nz) a Not for Profit trust established in July 2007 for the advancement of all aspects of men's health in New Zealand.  The plan of the trust is to promote men's health by helping to improve access to and benefits from health services for men of all backgrounds and ethnic groups. 

Paul enjoys time with his family, fitting in as much sporting activity as time allows, including cycling, rugby, walking and swimming.
