As the National Director of the Business Advisory division, Pam provides strategic direction across the country as well as leading the team in the Auckland office and represents New Zealand on the Global Privately Held Business Advisory Committee of Grant Thornton International.

Pam’s client’s base is spread across a range of sectors with a particular interest in the health sector. Pam also heads up the firm’s Healthcare division. She offers privately held businesses advice on business structuring including purchase negotiations, exit planning, management reporting, asset protection, taxation planning and compliance and remuneration planning.  

Pam is involved in publishing several client newsletters and contributes regular articles to professional publications. 

Outside Interests

Pam's interests include gardening, movies and theatre
