Ongoing technical training

We provide regular in-house training and seminars presented by seniors and partners. There are also opportunities to attend relevant external training seminars. These sessions are designed to broaden your knowledge and help you develop your practical and technical skills. We cover a variety of topics including tax legislation and how to use MYOB.

Our auditors are sent on intense training courses in Australia. There, they are taught the disciplines and methodologies of auditing. They also receive in-depth training on our Horizon audit methodology.

Appraisals

Feedback is important to your development. Regular, formal and informal appraisal discussions are held, designed to identify your strengths and achievements and the areas for future development. You will be encouraged to talk about your experiences and any difficulties you may be having.
