Overseas secondment

The provision of overseas secondments in the early years of employment is an important part of our commitment to the training and development of our people. Our team is encouraged to participate in short-term secondments once they are CA qualified.

The global secondment policy provides comprehensive assistance for all secondees including airfare, accommodation, spending allowance, airport pickup and participation in office induction and cultural days.

Client secondments

From time to time staff have the opportunity to work in a client's office, assisting with particular projects. This give exposure to the corporate world and helps staff have a greater understanding of our client needs.
