Overseas secondments

The provision of overseas secondments in the early years of employment is an important part of our commitment to the training and development of our people. Our team is encouraged to participate in short-term secondments once they are CA qualified.

The global secondment policy provides comprehensive assistance for all secondees including airfare, accommodation, spending allowance, airport pickup and participation in office induction and cultural days.

Client secondments

From time to time staff will have the opportunity to assist with particular projects in a client’s office. This exposure to the corporate world helps staff gain a greater understanding of our client needs.
